The Blue Crystal

Jesse thinks Lily is some powerful hero destined to save the world with her, and Lily is simply not. Lily can't do anything. She barely passes through school. She has no friends. She's an outcast. She can't stand up for herself, let alone anyone else. She can't fight. She doesn't believe she has powers. It just isn't possible... she's only 14. The closest thing she's had to an adventure was the walk from her house to the bus stop. She is in no way prepared for what is to come, but for some reason, she's going to do it anyway. Maybe it's because she has something to prove, maybe it's because her life doesn't matter to her, or maybe it's just in her blood and she never knew. Regardless, it will be the adventure of a lifetime, and one that will change her forever.
