Ivy and Ash never planned to go back to Japan. It was an opportunity that was given to them by the principal of U.A. They never wanted to teach the students about the world, but it was something they were offered to do. It was a way for them to get away from their ordinary lives. A way to get out of their small, grey rental house on the outskirts of Moscow. A way to end up doing something worthwhile instead of living small, insignificant lives. A way to tell other of the immense knowledge they had gained during their travels. A way to go from a nobody to a somebody.
