Naruto come's back from the Mission to retrieve Sasuke, with is unsuccessful, He is injured very badly during the fight against the Uchiha. When he gets back to his home village the council thinks that the blood on Naruto is Sasuke but it's actually his own blood and Bands Naruto from the Village for 13 years.
