I've been through enough in the past few years to write a novel. The short version? My wife cheated on me, and got pregnant...by my brother. She wants to take everything that doesn't belong to her and I'm fighting to keep it. I'm bitter and even though family is everything, I refuse to forgive and forget. He's single and stubborn as a bull. He's made it damn clear he doesn't want anything from anyone. Plus my life is in New Jersey, his is in Texas. I lost my job and I'm struggling, and we haven't spoken in months. My life changed in a second and it will take everything I've got to keep living this way. Until his brother shows up at my door step. This is Part One. However can be read as Stand Alone each book having their own storyline, the series does tie together with one bigger storyline. Other than the beginning,just a bunch of oneshots of Baby Curtis,who is a character I made up nad Ponyboys twin.If you're not enjoying the first few parts (which I wouldn't be surprised if you weren't) please skip to the standalone chapters they are significantly better.Anyway,hope you enjoy!
