130 years ago, the fires of The Final World War cleansed the world. Snapshots of what used to be still hold onto pure land. Protected from the crazed hordes of the Rabies -3A Virus and the horrors of the Biological Assimilation Cancer by heavy concrete walls and roving bands of heavy Mark Seven Landships, Issac Ayers commands his arms manufacturing factory.
