Book 1. A small organization, if you can even call it that, actively looks for recruits to help them terminate the criminal world. Their sights fall on a girl named Waverly. Much debate brews about her recruitment, but the group ends up adding her. She completely changes the game after she earns her stripes or you could say her 'wings'. An accident happens and she forgets her past life. She begins to live a 'normal' life, but soon enough chaos will ensue.
