St Mary Medical Center takes place in a seemingly out of place hospital in the middle of the Colorado mountains, surrounded by a 1,500 square mile forest abyss, the nearest civilization being an hour drive away. The story follows Amber McLane, a young woman starting her first day in the hospital as a security guard. Amber becomes fascinated with the history of the hospital and the surrounding area, fascinated by the strange events that happened to the area years ago, that led to half of the hospital being shut down. But she will soon find out the real history of the hospital, as a patient found in the wilderness in strange conditions is flown in by helicopter. Follow Amber and the small hospital staff as they work together to uncover the mystery of the strange state of the man, and its connection to the forests dark history.

The whole story takes place in a 12-hour span, from the graveyard hours of 8pm to 8am, entirely set inside the hospital.
