Second in the "Somewhere In-Between" series!
(IN-PROGRESS - READ ON WHILE I FINISH THIS SEMI-ROUGH DRAFT)
The book series follows the journey of a 14-year-old boy (Max) who decides to stay in the "In-Between" where he has witnessed and experienced the battle for souls between heaven and hell. In the first book, he bonds with a closet-psychic girl named Liz from school, and a kid named Carl who is obsessed with paranormal research.
In this sequel I'm writing now, I'm introducing a new character, Frank, who is unfortunately suckered into the In-Between's wrong crowd. I'm also concentrating a little more on Liz and her personal development as a psychic medium. Throughout the book, there is the conflict once again for the battle of souls, but focuses more deeply about how human weakness of spirit allows "the darkness" to take over.
