He kept his eyes casted downwards, still refusing to speak.

"Fine." I said, moving to stand up.

Before I could fully stand though, Peter's hand shot out, circling around my wrist and keeping me in place, closer to him this time though.

We both let the silence engulf us, neither of us daring to speak. His eyes snapped down to my lips and then back up to my eyes. Without thinking, I instinctively moved closer to him, our close proximity making my head spin.
