Two stories, brought together by twists, turns, and a mess of events.

(Y/N), a kindly soul from Recoverytale, finds themselves assuming the role of hero, a role they never wanted. Although they are safe with Dream by their side, no one else is. And that simply isn't fair, is it?

(N/N), a bold adventure seeker from Recoveryswap, is desperate to find the Nightmare they loved-desperate to save him from the Darkness. But of course, it's never easy to save someone that hardly wants to be saved.

The two souls both long for it all to end peacefully. They both wish for their happy ending, but it'll take more than hopes and dreams to get it.


Meanwhile, Nightmare is in a state of divided conflict. As he rebels against the Darkness, the Darkness fights back. Nightmare is just as desperate as (N/N)-if he doesn't stop himself, the Multiverse will be torn apart at his hands.

Dream is trying desperately to both protect (Y/N) and save his brother. But there's no time to save both of them before the Multiverse collapses into chaos.


As a war rages on between positivity and negativity, (Y/N) and (N/N) are forced to work together-but it's not only their lives at stake.

It's the life of the Multiverse-and a fallen prince-that's on the line. 

And they're the only ones that can stop it.

For some reason, I just see Error in the front instead of passive Nightmare.) It is a obsessive love, a unhealthy love unlike any other. Nightmare would do anything for Error, and would do anything to keep him by his side as he goes about taking over all the AU's. Now to convince Error that he should be his and his alone.

This story is about two brothers who had a sibling. I know what you are thinking that dream and nightmare don't have another sibling. But I like to write a story that features Undertale on a Pacifist run (if anyone played the game Undertale). (Y/N) plays the role of Asriel. During this story at the Tree of Feelings (Y/N) asks her brothers Dream and Nightmare to explore the ruins. So Dream and Nightmare lets (Y/N) explore the ruins. When (Y/N) was exploring she hears something in pain and when she went to see who was their she/he sees a human who has fallen from the surface. (Y/N) walks up to the human and offers help to him/her. Dream always felt the weight of expectations on his shoulders and they've only grown worse now that he's a Star Sans. Save this AU, rescue that person, stop Nightmare over there, and make X person smile! It's a never-ending cycle of tasks and he gets asked more about why he hasn't done it sooner or defeated his brother yet than thanked for what he accomplished. He feels trapped in this position and doubts if he didn't have his positive aura that anyone would care for him. Most like him for the joy he brings or what he can give them. Add in the stress of protecting one Star Sans(Swap) and keeping the other(Ink) from starting trouble and you have a positive guardian ready to break under expectations. Then you have Error, the destroyer of AUs. His reputation speaks for himself and builds all the expectations he needs whenever he steps foot into another AU. He's as bad an omen as a black cat crossing your path. Others assume he is bad because of his "freakish" or glitching appearance. He has accepted these but it gets tiring when he already has the voices bossing him around or Fate reminding him that he should do more destruction. But he doesn't limit himself to destruction. He watches UnderNovela, admires the stars, and appreciates what he can. He pushes the limits of what is expected of him or disregards them completely. A trait that Dream eventually finds himself admiring in him, the known enemy of his friend. He knows that Error's feelings are genuine since he doesn't change in his presence(still an angry manchild). So when Dream gets wounded and stuck with Error on a whim, where will it take them? Will it be a mistake remaining in a hatred of enemies or will it change them both for the better? Could this admiration open Error up to corrupting Dream or will he be the influence Dream needs to against expectations and live for himself?

Although that is true, not every Sans has their memories erased, after a Sans leaves their AU and crumbles it, they are allowed to know their past truths, everything will be released for them to remember, many rather die and perish their souls in regret and hatred, but the ones alive rather wants to find their creators. No one has been able to find the so-called Safe haven, nor even see their creators again, they have a part in the Multiverse, and aren't allowed to leave, why can't they leave? Easy, all because of Alpha and Delta, the two controlling their strings, Alpha gives orders to the lights, such as Dream and Ink, while Delta gives orders to the darks, such as Error and Nightmare, both hating their opponents' side with despise. But both share a trait, they each love their assigned Gods with their fullest, even if they act harsh, they show care and affection, they are known for their appearances, both as a spirit-like element, although having no facial appearances, both are different with their lights and color, Alpha is known to have a yellow glow, and Delta is known to have a black grieving glow, usually just voices to minds though. __________________________ Warning: cussing, and touches of angst
