I took slowest time ever because I been through this a multiple times. I emerged myself out in the open, squinting my eyes for the sun to hit my face immediately. One typical day I read a random book just to pass my time. 'Contract marriage with an attractive stranger? How does the legendary hero constantly appear when the helpless girl is in trouble? Is he waiting at the side for the precise moment to appear? And there are so many missing plots and elaborate descriptions. It's problematic to figure out from which era this book is because it's confusing. This is just so stupid,' I instantly thought before promptly shutting the book and placing it back. Seldom did I know, that night when I would go to sleep, I would wake up as the protagonist of that same book and it wasn't a dream. As the events of the story unfolds, I decided that I will not follow the plot. It's time to become a self-made women that works hard by herself. However I soon find out that perhaps I'm not the only one stuck in this book? And I don't know how the book ends so what will happen to me? Story about a girl who struggles to survive economically after losing her family and then ends up becoming the female lead of the book. She ends up falling in love with a guy who turns out to be trapped in the book as well. And they are not the only ones stuck in the book. Will they find a way to get out or stay trapped in the novel? I didn't want to find out my whole life was a lie. I just wanted a bloody promotion. Guess fate had other plans? **** The cold air fanned over my face as I opened the door. The exit door lead to the back of the building so it was pitch black. I leaned against the wall trying to control myself. Blood was running down my arm and head. My hair was stuck to my face from all the sweat and blood. Everything was spinning around me and the ground seemed like it was shaking. Groaning I sat down and put my head on my knees. He knows who I am. He knows how I look like. He knows where I work so possible knows where I live. I am not safe anymore... no where. While I was in my own world I heard faint sounds behind me but I didn't bother to look or run away. The footsteps got closer and I was pretty sure it was Walker's men. I should run. I should try to fight. But what's the point in trying to run away? He would eventually find me and if he has his way he would most likely kill me. If this is my fate then why am I trying to fight it? I felt someone harshly grab my waist and pull me up and I complied. They dragged me down the alley and into the busy street. I heard the opening of a car and the next thing I knew I was being thrown into a car. My head hit the hard leather seat and the door shut behind me. Maybe this is how my life will end. Maybe I should just let it happen. Maybe I was destined to die alone as a no one. With that I let the darkness consume me.Complete

We don't get that kind of recognition at the camps. There, we are only one thing in the military's eyes. We are weapons and we will act like it. Everyone else out there, bathing in the goodness they don't know they've got, they don't know about the roaches their stepping on. As long as their getting closer to the sky, they don't care what they stand on to reach it. They don't know about the sparkling dreamer that's killed 7 people before her 17th birthday. They don't about the ghost of a girl peaking around corners for her entire life because even home wasn't safe. What I've been told time and time again is to read, read, read. But how was I going to do that if all I wanted to do was write, write, write? I've found that despite my advanced years and a lot of travelling in my youth, I've never found time to read anything beyond Tom Browns Schooldays, and books by Dick Francis or Clive Cussler. To get around this I have built up a library of free books available at one time or the other on Kindle, Kobo, Free-Books.net, Freebooksy and Many Books to name a few websites. I now have literature from chick-lit to the Iliad, The Brothers Grimm to erotica, thrillers and poetry, detectives, sleuths, pies and P.I. s. With such a library at hand, my reading adventure is off.
