Midnight thoughts

The thoughts race through your mind;
escaping logic and time.
A feeling of desperation a lack of belonging;
As you grip your notebook and confess how you feel,
trying to escape,
deny your emotional fate
emotions spill out into words.
And become
Midnight Thoughts.
