Jessica had grown up with the famous rock singer Paul Stanley. She knew him very well and had a close friendship with him. When Peter Criss leaves the band KISS, the band is stuck trying to find a new replacement quickly. When they find Paul Caravello, aka Eric Carr, they decide he's the perfect replacement. Jessica does too, finding him extremely attractive and kind. When she starts to get to know Eric she becomes good friends and gets closer with him.
