Noah Ward's only wish in life is to live peacefully. The only problem with that is the job Noah loves so much doesn't often allow for peace. He's not only the owner of a coffee shop in his town but part of a special security team tasked with some of the toughest jobs. While Noah's busy trying to find the peace he craves he meets a woman by the name of Harper. The scared looking brunette is feistier then her first impression leads on and before he knows it Noah has taken on more than he bargained for. Can Noah and his team help Harper before its too late?
Harper Rogean is running from a powerful ex-boyfriend. All her life she just wanted someone to love and care about her. When she met Kaden Price she thought she'd finally found the one. Until Kaden showed his true self and forced Harper into working for him at his strip club. If it had just been dancing Harper may have been able to deal but when things get worse Harper is forced to escape to save herself from a life pain and misery.
When Harper meets Noah she has no interest in trusting him or accepting his help but Noah wont give up easily for the woman hes grown to care about in such a short time. Can Harper let down her walls in time to accept Noah's help or will this new found relationship be over before it even has a chance to start?
