Midoriya has a fucked up life, with his father killing his mom and leaving him to die, All might who told him he couldn't be a hero, life who seem to have given up on him.

He decide to not listen to All Might, flips him off and become a hero anyway, well... more like a vigilante.

Well, that's nice to know. Let's just add villains into the fray, yes? Because that's what he needs. More trouble.
