What Remains of the City Labeled "Z" [Bakugo x OC]

At some point following the festival at U.A. High School, there was a massive attack on a city whose real name would be erased from official records. Two weeks following the news report on "City Z", a new student is introduced to Class 1-A.

One day, word is spread throughout the school of the new student's abduction. It also upsets Bakugo Katsuki, which surprised everyone in the classroom, even him. As a result, he storms off after the school day ended. What is to happen?
