Fanfic without demigods
Percy is working at his Father(Poseidon's) Surf Shop on just off a public beach in Sunset Waters. Life is boring and time is rushing away.
Annabeth just moved in with her father in Sunset Waters, after her mother(Athena), died of Brain Cancer. She spent her remaining months with her mother traveling the world.
Now their parent's old stories are repeating themselves with their kids.
How will their stories intertwine?

The original title was "Percabeth Neighbors" but I changed it :D Annabeth Chase has always been abused. Her father more or less ignores it, or pretends his wife is just a perfect angel.
