A criminal organization, the Serpentine Royals, kidnaps and hold hostagae people worldwide at one secluded base, isolated from the world. They brainwash the hostages and turn them from your average good citizens that obey the law to the criminals you see on tv like mass bombers and serial killers. The motive behind it all, still uncertain. No crimes have ever been traced back to them. The hostages that don't comply end up killed while those that do come out a whole new person with no memory of who they are. Treated like experiments for the organizations motivational expertise, they test new torture methods and drugs to keep their hostages under control.
