Rosemary Bowers is the little sister of the town's bully and daughter of a cop. People didn't really want to talk to her, hang out, or anything.
But when a evil clown is scaring the kids and kids going missing in the small town. She becomes friends with The Losers Club to stop It.

And although everyone around her told her it was impossible, a group of friends she miraculously made over the summer had great expectations for her.
