📌Biography Overview: In 1917, the whole Church is in danger due to the cruelty of World War I. A large number of Allied countries battled against the Central Powers. In the Cova da Iria, in Fatima, Portugal, the Blessed Virgin Mary appeared to three shepherd children six times. She requested them to pray the Holy Rosary every day to bring peace to the world and put an end to the Great War. The Blessed Virgin Mary called for prayer and penance throughout the world, and also told them secrets and mysteries that would be revealed in the later history of the world.
