The Doctor stumbles upon a Time Lady during the events at Van Statten's base. However, the Time Lady isn't fully Gallifreyan. She doesn't even know what her other half is, but it's enhanced her Time Lady abilities substantially. The Doctor will just have to help her find out who and what exactly she is.

P. S. - I do not own Doctor Who or any characters in the show. Those rights belong to BBC. The only character that is mine is Nova.

Mary Perdita didn't know a thing about herself. That's not just seem deep metaphorical phrase, she really didn't. Mary Perdita is just a name that she made up. She doesn't know how old she is, she has no idea where she came from. The only thing she remembers is waking up in a dirty alleyway in London with a locket around her neck. That and the fact that she has some of the strangest dreams about the most insane things: Time ships and a planet surrounded by a glass dome...the death of two unnamed adults. Because of these dreams, Mary has knowledge of aliens races and history that she shouldn't have. Knowledge that ends up being true, as she learns when she begins to investigate strange goings on with none other than Sarah Jane Smith, which eventually leads her to the one person that might be able to figure out where she came from, why she has no memories, and why her dreams hold true other-worldly facts. Mary needs a Doctor...and luckily for her, she may have found just the man for the job.
