Hanahaki Disease: Hanahaki is a disease that does not actually occur in real life. It's a fiction disease. When they suffer from one sided love, the victim will have blooming flowers stuck in their throat. Causing them to puke out the flowers. The only way to get it cured is through a surgical procedure. But if you go through surgery, all types of love and affection towards that person, will be gone. 
In Japanese, Hana means "flower". Hakimasu means "to throw up"
