Ślizgon próbuje popełnić samobójstwo lecz Harry ratuje go, zyskując 100% zaufanie Malfoy'a. Tej samej nocy odbywają ze sobą szczerą rozmowę, podczas której Draco płacze jak nigdy wcześniej.
