After the events that took place in 2014, Steve, Natasha and Sam have been on the run from Ross and his men. While looking for ways to take him down, a familiar face resurfaces and the three outlaws go on a manhunt to find the dangerous brainwashed assassin, Bucky Barnes. With a little help form Sharon Carter, they have enough to save Bucky, help him get his memory back and take down Ross.
