Nowadays,marriages fail to work due to circumstances that led to it or what the marriage was based on. In most cases,it is said to be that girls are not being taught the proper etiquette of marital life before they indulge into it and men nowadays do not have much patience of enduring the situation.
In the Hausa society today, reported cases of failed marriages due to the overly intervention of parents especially mothers in their children's marital life,in other words, they tend to control the affairs of their children.
