Something is very wrong in Tyler's hometown. The church services, the storms that overtake the town, the woods on the edge of the town's limits that people disappear in. Josh doesn't like the way that he suddenly has to follow all of the rules upon moving there, either. After vanishing from his hometown ten years ago, Josh returns unexpectedly. Running into Tyler wasn't part of the plan. As their past catches up with them, buried secrets rise to the surface-ones Josh isn't sure he's ready to confront.

After Josh Dun dies from a horrendous car accident, he is miraculously brought back as a zombie/ghost only a few days later. He must use his powers to protect his best friend Tyler and to bring his wrong doers to justice in order to return to normality.

They won't be too graphic, but if those do upset or trigger you, it would be recommended that you don't read this story.* On August 22nd, 2006, Tyler Joseph was found in the woods - and presumed dead. But, only sort of. He became an angel, sent to make sure his Hometown, Columbus, Ohio, was peaceful and tranquil. But he didn't realize how much his death would impact everyone. His best friend Josh Dun, refuses to accept it, losing his sanity and his will to live when his best friend leaves him. Because he wanted with all his heart for him and Tyler to be more serious than best friends. (February 14th, 2017 - August 10th, 2017)

Josh had committed suicide, but he has a chance at redemption. Only if he can save another person from the same fate. He's given time back on Earth as well as connections to someone's thoughts and emotions he's never met. Now Josh has to find this Tyler Joseph and save him from himself, but he never imagined himself falling in love. ***there will be trigger warnings.
