A 19 year old Haruno Sakura has a good life. She's the Director of the Children's Mental Ward in Konoha Hospital, has earned much respect and recognition because of her part in the war two years ago, and is known as the best medical shinobi in the village.

But Sakura's perfect life is thrown off course when a certain wandering shinobi decides to return home. Sakura said she would wait as long as she needed for Sasuke to come back, but she didn't anticipate him waiting to return to her as well.
