That purple hoodie, so warm and cuddly and never ceases to remind her of when life was just so easy and carefree. She wears it every night falling asleep thinking about those wonderful days when she had it all. That damn purple hoodie. It was the only thing she had left of him after that night. That night when she left and never turned back, but he had left her no choice. He was the only stable thing in her life and if he didn't want her in his life then there was no point in staying, so she didn't. Instead she chased her dreams and quickly accomplished everything she ever wanted. She became an international pop star at the age of sixteen, she's rich, has countless amounts of fans, and has traveled the world several times on tour. So why does she feel so empty? She might seem stong and confident when she smiles at the cameras, but inside she's lost. When she left home, she left a part of herself with that curly haired boy. He was her best friend ever since she was two years old and what he did to her was worse than words can explain, but she missed him so damn much. Every day it's supposed to get easier to let go, but it only gets harder. On the outside she's a beaming light of happiness and positivity, but on the inside there hasn't been happiness for three excruciatingly long years, it's been dark and she's slowly being consumed by that darkness a little more each day. Those cameras sure are deceiving, aren't they?
