High School on the West Side

After questionable things happened with her father, and a boy back home. Amy starts her new life in California with her mother, Amelia. Since leaving New York, she has been out of the loop. On the day her and her mom have to go to an event at their local country club, a surprise visitor stands at the front door. Later that day, she meets a possible love interest. Things are starting to look on the bright side. Amy only has one more year of high school left. Though senior year has it's ups, it also has it's downs. Maybe this fresh start will be good. Not only for her, but for her mother as well. Or maybe her past will come back to haunt her. Will she be able to overcome this feat? She'll have to. There's no moving again.
