She's small but holds more secrets than she can hold. When Piper is released from Juvie, she goes to live with her dad in a small town called 'Neveroak'. In the apartment block, Piper meets Alex Walker. A rock n' roll chick who hits it off well with Piper. With the help of Alex, Piper must try and fit back into society and blend in as best as she can. She encounters bullies, criminals, enemies, friends and lovers.
