Dear me,   I suppose, you might think this is stupid, silly or insane but I've heard this is the best way to release everything I have, collected up inside.   The pain, the turmoil, the broken heart.   So let me tell myself this, the thing that needs to come from my chest.   Ill tell myself my story,  The one she created.
