Abandoned

Both of us were very quiet. Slowly we near the prison I lived in for the first seventeen years of my life. We made our way to the back, by the breaker box.

Ready? Zach mouthed.

I took a breath then nodded.

Clarissa, a seventeen (almost eighteen) year old girl, is running away. Her parents set her up for adoption when she was young now she's been adopted so many times she doesn't love or trust anyone. When Clarissa gets a job at a small coffee shop, Zach (an employee there) tries to be around her but Clarissa tries to avoid him. Together they find out the truth in her past.
