A long time ago there was a nuclear accident in a lab at Princeton High School in New York. Turning most of the students into monster like creatures, including 17 year old Alexander Hamilton. The students who were infected were sent to an institution for "studying" as the workers call it. 2 years later 20 year old John Laurens gets a job there and meets now 19 year old Alexander Hamilton and sparks of romance begins to fly between them.
