Losing Sight

Thomas never thought of what it'd be like to lose his sight. He never knew how hard it would be to learn braile. He never realized how much his eyes would hurt when he cried. He never knew what he would be without his athletic scholarship.

Jessica never thought of what it'd be like to lose her ability to walk. She never knew how being in a wheelchair could make a person feel claustrophobic in their own body. She never thought of how exhausting physical therapy could be. She never knew how traumatic one turn of events could be.
