"The world ended with a bright white flash. Everything fell silent, no engines, no singing birds and no muttering. Then, the screams erupted."
It has been years since the earth burned to ashes and humanity fled into the last place inhabitable: The Subway systems. America is gone, wiped off the face of earth in a series of nuclear explosions sent by the Russian government. And in midst this catastrophe, a single girl is trusted with a task, a task that could safe all human life in the metro.
(This is of course greatly inspired from Dimitry Gluhovsky's Metro series, though it has a similar story arch at first, it's going to change up a lot so if you think you know what's gonna happen, don't be so sure...)

Repopulating Uvis
Our planet had been on the way to destruction same as many others. However, we were able to turn it around but not without major irreversible genetic damage. It had been many years since a new female has been born on Uvis. We had set out and tried many other planets to find suitable breedable females. After much testing only one planet would work. Gaia or as the inhabitants called it Earth. We had been testing certain ones quietly. Working with their planet's leaders for a few years and have gotten the okay to reach out to the females of this planet. Everything was fine one day the next we kept losing power and then the announcements form the leaders and from an actual freaking alien! The offer was a good one for some, but could they be trusted? What would happen to the women who went to Uvis would they be treated well? Was it just a way to reduce the Earth's population so it was easier to take over? This is the same universe as Owned by them. New characters and a newer more civilized way of acquiring new females. This one is a bit more mature. I was writing this at the same time as the other. The Black Tapes: Or, How the Bouncer Bounced Back
All is provided, yet everything is lacking. The Metro is the plenum, a future-city of color and exuberance, but its citizens are full of violence and greed. If there is any hope for peace it lies with the Iris, a machine that can link the minds of every human-being to create a single mind, a single energy. Someone just has to push the button. Sean, born into this world of hate, sets out to do the impossible: to take the data he has stolen off the internet and turn on the Iris. There's Randal the mutant, a creature of nightmare surrounded by other misbegotten souls, cursed with an inexplicable fate. And then there's Tommy the Bouncer, Tommy the Butcher, Tommy the Terrible, who just wants to beat everything to a bloody pulp. These players and more all have their eyes on the prize: the Black Tape, the switch that if flicked may set off an age of no-death. Maybe. In the end, Sean will discover that the Metro might be too far gone. Hope's slim, but it's there. He just has to try. Easier said than done.Complete

After genetic adaptation turns Sally Jenkins and a group of others into mutants, they're taken to a facility called the Underground. There, she is faced with her true power, a destroyer of man. The pounding in my head increased and I clenched my fist. This was all her fault. I was stuck down here and it was all her fault. I would never see my parents again and she was to blame for it. My eyes teared up and I clenched my fist harder, my nails were digging into my skin. My chest rose and fell as I panted. I tried to control my anger but I couldn't. The tables in the room started to shake, my soup bowl vibrated on my table, spilling soup on the floor. Margot jumped out of her seat. "Sally, calm down." She reached out to me in a placating manner. "I can't," I said through gritted teeth. "I don't know how to stop it." My stomach churned as I looked at everyone in the room. They were moving as far away as they could get. I felt it again. The sensation I always felt when I was out of my collar, the tingling in my skin, the warmth in my chest and then I knew I'd broken out of my collar again. When they look outside, they realise the sky is black tinged with blood, the buildings are made of flesh and plumes of smoke escape from the cracks of the scorched grounds. Time does not exist here. Even the sun and moon has abandoned them. They quickly discover they are not alone leading Axel to believe he isn't the good guy after all. Truth to be told, he doesn't even think he's human. It's been ten years since the fall of humanity. I was only ten years old when the zombies took over. The military told us to flee underground, explaining that it was safer. The zombies are smart, too smart. They can learn to hide themselves. Some of them disguise themselves to look like normal people. We tell them apart by checking their eyes. Zombies have enlarged pupils compared to humans. After being convicted of a murder she didnt commit alita is left stranded on the hostile world filled with carnivorous plants, ruthless criminals, hostile natives, and bloodthirsty monsters. She comes to realize the world isnt as unforgiving and cold as it seems. She's saved by a native who dislikes humans as much as the next guy but shes intent on sticking by his side in order to survive.
