Typical. That's all that comes to mind when I say this: the bad boy and the nerd don't even know each other that well, they are merely friends. Until they find out they share a secret that only causes them to grow closer... Or apart. Gangs are the sight of mayhem in this small, Michigan town. While not many know of them, once you're in you're never out. In the heat of the moment though, anyone can make a mistake. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~•••••~~~~~~~~~~~~~ He was a popular. I was a nerd. He was a player that hooked up with different girls almost every night. I stayed home, alone, and did nothing. He was Ryder. And I? I was just Kayla. *Contains sexual content, and possibly triggering events that tie to suicide, anorexic tendencies, along with speak of self-harm. Mature readers only.*

Inside of school she's a shy, weak, innocent nobody. Outside of school she's a queen. When she's not at school, say one wrong thing to her, she'll rip your head off. She's a gang leader of the gang Vipers. The Vipers are the deadliest gang in the city. Her father, the previous owner of the Vipers, passed it down to her. With her being in constant danger, he says she needs to control her temper and lie low so she doesn't get caught, again. What happens when the "bad boy" in her new school catches her fighting and sees who she really is? Remember, innocence is just her disguise. {Ok, so this is my first book I've ever wrote, and it's really not that great, my style has gotten much better since I published this, so my other more recent stories are more... realistic, in my opinion. But I'm just warning you. It's kind of cliché unfortunately. So if you decide to read this, you have been warned. If you don't want to read this, that's okay too, just carry on.} <Slowly Editing>
