《 Caught in Between 》 Niragi X OC X Last Boss
~ Alice in Borderland Fanfiction ~ (Niragi X OC X Last Boss) Short Story about a love triangle between my OC Hana, Niragi and Last Boss from the "Alice in Borderland" Netflix adaptation. It was intended to be a One Shot or just a Short Story (with maybe two or three chapters), but I might continue it with more. We'll see... (This is the first time I publish anything so please be gentle with me.) INSPIRATION: I was listening to 'Adrenaline' by PLYA and imagined these romantic Music Video scenes in my head (they kinda had this dark vibe to them too) and came up with this short story. I only wrote a scene between Hana and Last Boss first, so to the reader it might not make much sense chronologically (due to lack of previous content/chapters) but I'd like to think it still makes sense as a stand alone short story. However there are descriptions of what happened before the first chapter, so I guess it's fine either way. If not, I just might write the previous chapters as well....maybe. Depending how much the readers like the story. Or how much fun I'm having writing it. - ONLY WARNING: slight use of curse words (but I doubt they're that disturbing anyway) - SIDE NOTE/DISCLAIMER: The way I write Niragi and Last Boss are entirely according to my own liking and what they say or do might not be on point with their original character behaviour. I felt the urge to write this, since I am part of the utaite fandom since some months and I love writing about them. So yeah, here it is. I'm a slow-writer, and kind off an angsty person. It was now nighttime and I returned to my room which was very dark. The curtains were closed, strange I'm sure it was open this morning... Whatever. I put my bag down and went straight into the shower. I didn't spend a long time inside cause I was very tired and wanted to sleep. It was an exhausting day, I searched for some work, but like usual I failed... I sighted. I went out of the bathroom with only a towel around my waist and started to sit down when someone pushed me into the floor. Shit! Who was that? What did he want? I was very afraid and I had a lot of question passing my mind in this few seconds but didn't want to submit to my aggressor. I groaned and tried to get myself up, but he... Yeah, he was too strong and big to be she... Put his knee on my back and started to tie my hands together with some rope. Was he trying to kidnap or tie me? I froze in fear for a few seconds and stopped moving. I suppose he let his guard down since I stopped struggling, so I took this chance and flipped us over. It was now my turn to be on top and somehow succeeded to untie myself. I was lucky he didn't have time to fully tie me yet, so it was kind of easy. It was dark, so I couldn't see his face, but I still put my hands around his throat and started to strangle him a bit. 'W-Who are you and w-what do y-you want?' I asked trying to hide my fear that I miserably failed. '...' He still didn't respond, I was starting to loose control on myself. His silence was killing me and I started to shake in fear. Then he spoke and caught all my attention: 'You're so cute when you're afraid pet.' I froze, I recognized this voice and my fear turned to be true. All the struggling to escape, to disappear, to forget about him now came back in an instant. I was now trembling constantly losing all control of my body, my hand lets go of the man throat and all I could do was shakily say: 'Dimitri...' THIS IS A BOYXBOY STORY, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!Complete

I don't get it. I really don't. I died, I get that much. But waking up in a dark and squishy place, with absolutely NO ROOM to move, I DON'T GET. Let's recap. It was a regular day. I got up, ate, showered and went to work. I was a police officer. I was checking out a house call about domestic abuse. I didn't even get to knock on the door before a man bursted out screaming at a women about calling the pigs on him. It didn't take much to figure out he was the abuser with the way he was holding her arm tight enough to bruise. I tried to diffuse the situation, told him to calm down and let her go. Direct crosspost from Ao3 This is an INTENSELY self indulgent prequel for the events of Monster Hunter World following the life of the Commander. Fic takes place from the First Fleet setting out and covers things like the Celestial Pursuit ending up on a mountain, the Scoutflies, the Seeker peacing out, the Research Base crash landing, and some other stuff I'm forgetting, and ends right before the opening sequence of the game. So if you like Monster Hunter, and for some reason you're not here for the monster part (why are we here? Where is the appeal beyond big monster?), we're here together.
