Direct crosspost from Ao3 This is an INTENSELY self indulgent prequel for the events of Monster Hunter World following the life of the Commander. Fic takes place from the First Fleet setting out and covers things like the Celestial Pursuit ending up on a mountain, the Scoutflies, the Seeker peacing out, the Research Base crash landing, and some other stuff I'm forgetting, and ends right before the opening sequence of the game. So if you like Monster Hunter, and for some reason you're not here for the monster part (why are we here? Where is the appeal beyond big monster?), we're here together. Ngl, I wrote this because he is 100% my OC's type, and I had brain worms until I wrote it all out. I'm freeeee! The PoV is from the Commander instead of said OC so we get to see more fun things than "oh god he's hot. Oh god I'm gay. Oh god." Instead we get stuff like "Woah cool bugs. Ha ha cute monsters! 《 Caught in Between 》 Niragi X OC X Last Boss
~ Alice in Borderland Fanfiction ~ (Niragi X OC X Last Boss) Short Story about a love triangle between my OC Hana, Niragi and Last Boss from the "Alice in Borderland" Netflix adaptation. It was intended to be a One Shot or just a Short Story (with maybe two or three chapters), but I might continue it with more. We'll see... (This is the first time I publish anything so please be gentle with me.) INSPIRATION: I was listening to 'Adrenaline' by PLYA and imagined these romantic Music Video scenes in my head (they kinda had this dark vibe to them too) and came up with this short story. I only wrote a scene between Hana and Last Boss first, so to the reader it might not make much sense chronologically (due to lack of previous content/chapters) but I'd like to think it still makes sense as a stand alone short story. However there are descriptions of what happened before the first chapter, so I guess it's fine either way. If not, I just might write the previous chapters as well....maybe. Depending how much the readers like the story. Or how much fun I'm having writing it. - ONLY WARNING: slight use of curse words (but I doubt they're that disturbing anyway) - SIDE NOTE/DISCLAIMER: The way I write Niragi and Last Boss are entirely according to my own liking and what they say or do might not be on point with their original character behaviour. One of the capture target in a Bl Otome Game I recently played. I hate all the characters guts in the game. All are possessive and obssessed. It's a dark theme bl game. Everyone are overwhelmingly crazy. Especially, this Akira. That's why, now that I possess his body I knew for sure am the only one normal in this world. Let's not get into the drama. Let's escape this hell place full of dark drama and try to find a place where actually normal people lives. Or so I thought? "Don't think you can escape from us" "Baby, your existence are ours only." Surpassing the beast, I take heavy steps towards the door when he pulls me back by my arm. I was taken aback when he pulled me, losing the balance I stumble on my tracks and with his strong pull I land on his chest. I immediately push myself back when he snakes his arm around my back making me unable to move from his grasp. We were so close now that my front was almost touching his making us look like hugging. He lowers himself and says "If you have a death wish then go ahead. The moment headquarters hear that you're no use to them, they will kill you without sparing a glance at you". Reverence This story depicts the story of two individual from different sides of the world who falls hardly for each other. If one is fire then the other one is water, making it next to impossible to meet at one point. Our male protagonist 'Aron' is smitten with our female protagonist 'June', however he doesn't show his emotions fearing that it will make him look weaker. He carries a strict and scary aura around him which makes people think that he is a ruthless person. On the contrary he is quite the opposite from inside. And our female lead carries a carefree nature who doesn't care about anything but herself. She is a savage quick witted person who can do anything for her own survival if required. When these two polar opposites crosses path with, we can expect a lot of drama and action, eventually seeing these fall for each other. After I suddenly died I possessed the body of what I thought was an extra within a novel. From then on my life was mostly calm, though not fulfilling. Until one day I discovered I wasn't just a background figure; instead I was an insignificant character who'd end up being the villainous Grand Duke's secretary, only to die shortly after being near him! But I had no choice, it was too late to change my fate, so I decided to live as obediently as possible under the orders of the sadist villain. But I still had a plan. Even before the female lead makes her appearance, I will try in every way to make the villain a little more normal, or at least ensure that the two do not meet, so that no one will face a harsh death, including me! And then, after the villain doesn't become obsessed with the female lead and becomes more normal, I will be able to resign and live peacefully.
