After the loss of her wife Blythe five years ago, Junko was left as a single mother of a five-year-old girl, Xureila. She and her daughter struggled until she found something to put food on the table. Junko pledged her ultimate allegiance to Mars by becoming an Enforcer to keep the order within the Xaxar city. She shed all of her previous beliefs of "equality" and what was right when it meant she had something to provide for her child. The city seems to be growing more chaotic by the year as Martians continue to be given rights in the majority of Xaxar excluding the Northern section of the city. Without a critical glance, it would seem that Junko believes strongly in the enforcer's code by keeping things "separate but equal" and allowing the North to do as they please with their Martian slaves to keep a balance. But, will a certain defective android and a lost half-Martian Princess help her return to her old beliefs and liberate Martians enslaved by humans?
