Maisie Matthews has moved house more times than she can remember. When she moves again, it is worse than last time, but there is one bright light at the end of the tunnel. Her best friend, Charis lives there. Charis is a cheerful girl, and is a great friend but she has had her heart broken, leaving Maisie to help pick up the pieces. To make matters worse there is a boy at school who, for some reason hates her. Maisie hates him too, but is that really true?
