Violet Berry is the younger sister of Rachel Berry, the ambitious Broadway star wannabe. When they sign up for McKinley High's glee club, Vi is hoping she could get some recognition and some respect from her older sister. But as the club grows and grows, Rachel becomes more acknowledged, leaving Vi to be compared to her - as if it didn't happen at home enough. 

When Rachel begins crushing on quarterback, Finn Hudson,  Vi is thrown for a loop. Can the New Directions make Vi feel at home, or will she forever be shadowed by Rachel? And who's eye has Vi caught?
