Layla Song was about to be a senior in high school, along with her twin brother Zach, she was a good girl who didn't drink, didn't do drugs. Just a normal sixteen year old girl.  Now that they're out of school for the summer her entire family was going on a vacation to their cabin in Utah for the whole summer. Her best friend's name was Aubrey and they did everything together, except for this summer when Layla and her family go away to their Lake house in Utah. Come to find out they have new neighbors, and they have a son, Carter Kellie. 

Carter is a regular old jock,about to be a senior, plays football and is his schools heartthrob. When his family buys a house on the Lake in Utah he will come to have a crush on the girl next door.
