This takes place after the UA Sports Festival, and it follows the story of Shinsou and Izuku as an underrated ship(in my opinion XD). Shinsou's parents abandoned him at a young age, so he's had to live alone for the past 9 years(he's 16). Izuku's home life is pretty much the same, but Mama Inko doesn't really care as much as she does in the canon version.
