Burning Greens and Electric Blues is a story on hopes, dreams and earth. It tells the story of a group of children discovering a treehouse, and learning about the power of nature and their responsibilities to it. It also has sections of poetry, to add to the story. Overall, the message of the story is one of the power society holds, respecting nature, and that dreams are achievable! As a writer, it is a microcosm for climate change and what we, as a society, are doing to earth right now, but I think part of the beauty of it is that it means different things to different people.
