Next to me, there is this shadow, my old self, reminding me of all the wrong things I did before it happened. That stupid thing that destroyed the old me and my old life. My mum where ripped out of me and my grip by death. On her way home on her birthday she died in a car accident. On her birthday! My dad and I were home, waiting to surprise her with her favorite lemon cake, and presents. Or I wasn't actually waiting on her, I was waiting on the car so I could drive over to my friends, I didn't even care about her on her birthday. Now everything is different.

This is not edited and the first draw. When I finish the book and got time I will take it down and edit it. Feel free to leave comments about how it could be better and of course comment what you think of it.
I'm struggeling managing time when I'm studying, working and writing and chapters will be published when I feel temporarly finished with them. This is the only way I progress in on my story.

I was sincerely praying he was grabbing his stuff to go so i wouldn't have another interaction with him, but of course not. His friend left and he came back and sat by me. "I'm trying to do homework can you please go somewhere else" i said in a heavily annoyed tone. "See i would, but one i think you like me too much to actually want me to leave" he said before i cut him off "i don't" he laughed before continuing "this next part is really gonna suck then" he said pausing obviously waiting for a reaction out of me which i don't give him. "fine. you're no fun. we have to schedule our tutoring times" he said before nudging me "i'm your first student to tutor surprise!" he said in a tone that i can only describe as annoying because that's all he is, is annoying. My whole life is 'have to.' I have to work full-time to pay the bills and keep food on the table. I have to finish college for a chance at a better job, no matter how long it takes. I have to manage my mom's sobriety so I can keep her out of jail. I have to keep a smile on my face, so no one knows how hard it's been. Now, I have to ignore the curious feelings that flutter in my chest whenever my devastatingly handsome new English professor, Fitzwilliam Benedict, is nearby.
