Jisoo and Lisa were coming back from a visit to the aquarium when a drunken driver cut their way making Lisa who was driving, go out of the road, hitting straight into a wall, luckily without killing anyone. The two lose consciousnesses and find themselves fighting for their lives at the hospital. Lisa somehow wakes up, though death is behind the corner, learning about Jisoo conditions from her friend Sorn, knowing she was going to die, she decides to make sure that her death wouldn't have been just sorrow. Since Jisoo has a few chances of surviving if she gets a new heart, Lisa decides to donate hers. 

Jisoo undergo surgery and when hopes were lost she wakes up, Lisa's whereabouts and health kept hidden by her friends. When she gets discharged a few days after, Jisoo learns what Lisa did and the day after goes to her funeral.

Jisoo ends up isolating herself mourning and remember those days passed with her bestie and almost lover.
