Once upon a time, in a different world, there were people with powers that aged incredibly slowly. They weren't immortals, because they could be killed, but they didn't know that yet.
Humans, after trying to hunt them down, suffered the consequences. They started to seek their rights and freedom back, and, slowly but surely, these immortals started playing a role in their own government, and ended up becoming sort of secondary monarchs and helpers to the rulers of their lands.
This book tells their story. A story of wars, adventures, betrayals and romances. A story the history books won't be able to omit.

Aliens have been here before... one was left behind. Eighteen-year- old Zoe must find him and she doesn't have much time. Along with the alien, a beacon was left on Earth which when activated, opens a portal through which the aliens will return. The extraterrestrials visit Earth to usurp Qi, Earth's vital energy. No, so their identities are secret. So what if the hero and villain were best friends? What if they were roommates? What if they were falling for each other? And what happens when they find out? Now, I assume you know all of these questions will be answered in this book. But hold on. It's going to take a while. You're in for a bumpy ride.
