Back to where everything began, Mexico City prepares to celebrate the 1968 summer Olympics. Many from around the world poured into Mexico for the spectacle, yet among the cheer and joy, something more malicious is at work. In October 2nd 1968, the Strike Council unleashed the might of the student protests, students from all parties protested against the Olympics and for a better future. Their voices fell silent against the sounds of gunfire, now, Mexico City falls into anarchy. Half the city now a warzone, many lives are being threatened by the Authoritarian-like PRI government. In order to prevent any more bloodshed, Michael Hidalgo, Mario Leon, and so many others risk their lives to save the future.
The fate of the students rest in their hands, this is where everything begins, this is PANDAMÆMONIUM 1968

FN-HD1 and FN-HD2 which are located in the West Hemisphere are owned by SHUNNF, known to be the strongest military force, FN-HD3 located in the East Hemisphere is occupied by a private organization called Nemesis, FN-HD4 located in the North Hemisphere and FN-HD5 in the South Hemisphere which is both shared by SHUNNF and Der Umlauf. SHUNNF and Nemesis which were in a cold war are now at war, and it's escalating very quickly over the years. Three powerful teens Nizmo Markatos, Blitz ulfrvard, S4 Yamada and their fellow comrades joined forces to fight to stop both sides because they are being controlled by Dr. Kazimin, the mad scientist that treats this world as his playground.
