Welcome to the Big Apple. Welcome to the city that never sleeps: invaded by towering man-eating monsters and defended by a private army that makes Academi(formerly Blackwater) and The Wagner Group look like the Red Cross, along with its civilian populace being silenced and murdered by a secretive Government Death Squad that makes the British Army Gurkhas look more like The North Korean Army and Haunted by divine entities that'll make even the most boundless of Lovecraftian's horrors go completely insane. You've woken up in this hell hole without warning, without preparation, without a single clue.

You've woken up by yourself with Omnipotent capabilities, along with obtaining an Elite Combat Prowess that surpasses even the most skilled of Human or Humanoid Combatants, and you've gained the inability to die and complete invulnerability, in other words, Immortality. And the chorus of voices, along with ancient prophecies whispering in your head, keeps saying that all of this is on you: that you and you alone might be able to turn the whole thing around and save not just humanity and the world but the vast and infinite existence itself if only you knew what the hell was going on.

You'd like to help. Really, you would. But it's not just the Titans hunting you down for your flesh and blood. Even your own kind wants you dead as they've designated you as the so-called "Founding Titan," thinking that you were the one responsible for this mess, and your job might be a bit easier if you didn't have the sneaking suspicion they could be in some way right. . . .
