Well, to Andy Biersack, she has all of his attention.
Andy has always had bad luck with girlfriends. Ever since Scout left him for no reason other than she thought he wasn't good enough, he didn't think he would find someone who truly loved him.
Scarlet, however, won't let him be unhappy anymore.
