Eliott has been in a happy relationship with his girlfriend since freshman year. They're going on 3 years now, this being their junior year. While that relationship has lasted a long time, Eliott is questioning they're relationship as he realizes he has feelings for someone else. This someone else happened to be his best friend of now 6 years. And the worst part is, he's a guy. Now Eliott swears he is in no way, gay. But, his feelings for Carl Gallagher prove otherwise.
Also yes I understand Carl is straight, but I'm going by my head canon that he's closeted bi/ hasn't exactly thought about it enough to figure it out.

The line between

Two teenagers from completely different worlds, thrown together by circumstances neither of them can control.
